This 3-day/24-hour course is designed for Law Enforcement and Public Safety Telecommunications Personnel.
Training is accredited through the NMLEA
Course Focus:
Participants acquire knowledge, skills, abilities and learn critical aspects for being a CTO, role model, training methods and strategies, evaluating performance, giving feedback, and writing DORs.
Participants engage in discussion, Q&A, class exercises, and will be tasked to complete several DOR practical exercises and discuss their results.
