This 2.5-day/20-hour course is designed for Agency Staff who Manage or Coordinate their Field Training & Evaluation Program for FTO, CTO, and DTO.
Training is accredited through the NMLEA
Course Focus:
Training is directed at addressing best practices and training standards for managing a Field Training & Evaluation Program that includes structural program components and standards, trainer management, progressive forms and and evaluation guidelines, legal liability implications, and trainer management.
Participants engage in discussion, case studies, and practical exercises throughout the training course.
