Our Background
TTCS has provided training and consulting services for Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Government, and Private sectors in New Mexico since 1986, transitioning to a full-time business in 2004.
We have provided over 500 NMLEA Accredited classes and have trained over 10,000 personnel utilizing professional, experienced, and certified adjunct instructors.
TTCS has established professional relationships with over 500 law enforcement, public safety, government and private organizations and have consulted on matters of Selection and Hiring Standards, Policy, Property Evidence Audits and Processes, Legal Liability, Corrective Actions, and Risk Management Analysis.
We have and presented training classes to law enforcement and public safety training academies and conferences including:

Our Training & Learning Environments
We offer both On-Site and Live Virtual Classroom Training-
TTCS believes in creating the best learning environment possible by leading students through the learning process using professional instructors, progressive teaching methodology, student materials, dynamic and interactive multimedia, interactive exercises, discussion, and Q&A during each of our classes.
Our Live Virtual Classroom is a convenient and cost saving mechanism for organizations where staff can attend brief and concise training with an opportunity to engage in learning, ask questions, and discuss subject matter being taught with instructors and other participants during class. Our online classes range from required, refresher, and supplemental training topics.
We continually research current and emerging trends, laws, regulations, standards, and best practices to provide the most consistent and up-to-date information to our students.
Students receive detailed training manuals and access to other resources and materials to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities for their professional development and respective job assignments.
