This 3-day/24-hour course is designed for Law Enforcement, Dispatch/Communications, Detention/Corrections, Fire, EMS, and other Public Safety and Government Personnel.

Training is accredited through the NMLEA and is accepted towards 24 hours of training for Mid-Management advanced level certification.

Course Focus:
Participants learn organizational leadership and management practices, basic budgeting principles, legal and liability implications for upper management to reduce liability, and leadership during crisis situations. 

Participants engage in discussion, case studies, group projects, and practical exercises throughout the training course.
