TTCS

This 5-day/40-hour course is designed for Law Enforcement, Dispatch/Communications, Detention/Corrections, FTOs, CTOs, DTO’s, Fire, EMS, and other Public Safety, Government, and Private Sector Personnel.

Training is accredited through the NMLEA and meets the 40 hour first-line supervisor course requirement for advanced level certification.

Course Focus:
Participants learn current, effective, and best practices for principles of first-line supervision, leadership, communication, employment law and other legal liability implications, and influence of staff that can create higher levels of professionalism and help reduce liability within an organization.

Participants engage in discussion, case studies, and practical exercises throughout the training course.
